No salt usage

Conventional reactive dyeing requires sodium chloride or sodium sulphate to overcome electrostatic repulsion between negatively charged dye molecules and cellulose fibres.

The Thesara process eliminates this requirement by controlling dye deposition directly onto the fibre surface, removing the dependence on salt-driven exhaustion.

Reduced chemical consumption

controlled application and optimized fixation increase dye utilization to greater than 90%, reducing hydrolysed dye losses.

Reduced energy and heat

Continuous process (not batch)

The system operates without a conventional dye bath.

Unused dye is recovered and recirculated, minimizing chemical waste and eliminating coloured wastewater discharge.
