From being the first to introduce pigment dyeing on garments, to launching suede finishes for knitwear in 1999, we have consistently pushed the boundaries of what fabric can do.In 2005, we led the way with cold pigment dyeing, and by 2015, we revolutionized the market again by introducing indigo dyeing in knitted garments. Our breakthrough continued in 2019 with the launch of single-side indigo fabric dyeing, creating a more resource-efficient and stylistically unique denim experience.Most importantly, we’ve taken bold steps toward sustainability. WHY WE ARE DOING?

THIS TECHONOLOGY PROTECTS THE ENVIRONMENT FROM HIGHLY POLLUTED DYEING INDUSTRY. IT REDUCES HIGH CONSUMPTION OF WATER, ZERO EFFLUENT, LESS ENERGY, 0 HAZARDOUSE CHEMICALS AND LESS SPACE REQUIREMENT.

HOW WE DO?

WE DO FABRIC DYEING IN PROCESS OF WISIK METHOD. THIS IS A NEW TECHONOLOGY WHICH HAS BEEN INVENTED BY OUR INHOUSE R&D TEAM. WE DO WISIK DYEING ON RFD (READY TO DYE) FABRIC. WE MAINLY FOUCS ON INDIGO DYEING WHICH IS HAVING HARD PHASE ON DYEING PROCESS ESPECIALLY ON KNITTED DENIM FABRICS. EVEN WOVEN FABRICS ARE ALSO DONE. IN THIS PROCESS MULTI COLOUR ARE ALSO DONE ON THE FABRICS. DUAL COLOUR DYEING IS DONE IN SINGLE STROKE.
